Created a total quality system for a $24 million not-for-profit agency serving persons with intellectual disabilities in PA and NJ


CEO / Indian Creek Foundation 

July 1976-October 1999 

Developed a not-for-profit agency serving 8 individuals with intellectual disabilities in one group home into a full service agency with residential, vocational, and family services, serving 300 individuals with an annual budget of $12 million
